Located on the campus of Quail Park Retirement Community in Granbury Texas, Quail Park is designed to meet all our resident’s needs. If you don’t need assisted living services now, you might in the future. Our highly competent care staff is committed to each resident’s well being. Assisted Living Services are individually tailored by Quail Park’s nurse-managed team of professionals. Our well trained staff provides an initial assessment and consultation with the resident, their family, the primary care provider or others. Under the supervision of a licensed nurse, our staff strives every day to help each resident engage in living well to the best of their abilities, while being sensitive to each individual’s personal choices, independence and dignity.
All of the residents at Quail Park enjoy a gracious lifestyle in any one of our 19 spacious one bedroom apartments, each complimented with generous closets and storage spaces. As a part of living at Quail Park, all of our residents also benefit from our life enhancement program. With a wide variety of activities and exercises both on and off campus, there is always something entertaining and interactive for everyone.
Dining at Quail Park: Our Signature Dining Program offers a wide variety of meal choices and a la carte options. Please view a sample retirement community menu to view an example of some of the delicious home cooked meal choices that our resident’s enjoy.
In addition to our 24-hour staffing your monthly rent includes many services and amenities for your peace of mind. Monthly base rent includes all maintenance, utilities (except telephone), enhanced cable and emergency call system. Residents of the apartment homes in Quail Park enjoy three nutritious meals daily as part of our Signature Dining program. Also, included in each resident’s monthly rent are housekeeping including linen service, Life Enhancement Programs (activities) and scheduled transportation. Any residents requiring higher than level one care will be assessed as outlined below.
